Welcome to Love to the Finish Line

Hey, I’m Nick Terry, a chaplain with Motor Racing Outreach serving the NASCAR community. Out of the need to help couples in marriage, my wife Amy and I developed seven essentials to help couples build winning marriages that last a lifetime. We formatted those seven essentials into a seven-week online course as part of the ministry of MRO to the racing community, and now we’ve made it available to anyone. Our course is used by pastors for pre-marital and marriage counseling, in small groups, or for you to take privately from the comfort of your home. Through the Love to the Finish Line Marriage Coaching online course, you can build a winning marriage that lasts a lifetime.

The Course

In the online course, couples will learn what unconditional love is, how to communicate well, how to protect their marriage, how to speak each other’s love language, how to resolve conflict, the importance of vows, and how to live by their core values. Each weekly session includes teaching videos, workbook exercises, and applications. The course requires diligence and commitment, and it has proven to be successful when two people are willing to put in the work.

I’m Nick Terry, a NASCAR chaplain with Motor Racing Outreach. Over the last fifteen years, Amy and I have helped hundreds of couples with their marriages, and I’ve officiated weddings for many people in the racing community. We’ve used various tools and resources for marriage ministry, but we often felt that some things were lacking. So, we developed our online course with seven essentials that we believe are foundational for building healthy marriages. They are not the only things that help, but from experience, they are essential and are proven to work if you put in the effort. If you’re in the pre-marital stage, or your marriage needs a tune-up, you’re in the right place, and our course will help you build a winning marriage that lasts a lifetime.

About Us

We've been married since 2004, and have three incredible children. After a competitive career in NASCAR as a jackman for Richard Childress Racing, Nick became a NASCAR chaplain in 2012 with Motor Racing Outreach. Nick has a B.A. in Religion and an M.Div. in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries, with ordinations through Motor Racing Outreach and Rich Fork Church. Amy has helped Nick with marriage coaching for many years, and out of the need and desire to help couples win in marriage, they birthed Love to the Finish Line Marriage Coaching. It's our mission to help you build a winning marriage that lasts a lifetime.
